I have been a Massage Therapist in Kelowna for 5 years. I enjoy hiking, yoga, and staying active enjoying the beauty this province has to offer. I am grateful for this career path as I enjoy seeing the improvements that Massage Therapy treatments make in my client's lives.  I believe health is  important and helping you on your journey to healing is my passion. I use a range of treatment styles such as trigger point therapy and myofascial release techniques.  I will adapt the pressure and techniques used based on your pain tolerance and specific needs.  In your treatment I will do an assessment based on posture, range of motion and perform special tests to locate the area of dysfunction so I can better assist you in your goals.
